Can my Four Season / Harvey sunroom be heated and cooled?
Absolutely! Four Seasons sunrooms utilize MC Wonderglass, an amazing leap forward in glass technology. Patented glazing keeps the room warmer in Winter and cooler in the Summer.

What do you build them on?
Bruin can work with your existing home. If you have a deck that is in pretty good shape, chances are Bruin can use this structure. If you don't have a deck, Bruin can build you an insulated foundation that has an R-Value of 25.

Can I have an open deck if you cover my existing deck?
Absolutely! Our carpenters are skilled installers and are very experienced in building any size or style deck. We can utilize pressure treated wood or if you prefer, we can use any number of composite materials including "Trex".

How do they work?
Four Season Sunrooms utilizes sliding doors and windows in various widths. All sliding units come standard with screens so your room is secure against bugs and inclement weather.

How long does it take?
With an existing deck an installation can take as little as 1 week. We can work with you and your timeline to help meet your needs.

What if I don't want to use it in the Winter
No problem! While being known in the industry for superior performing glass, Four Season Sunrooms also offers a single pane room for 3 season use.

How much does a sunroom cost?
Every project is different and the total cost is determined by the amount of work involved. The rooms come in different styles and sizes but most projects fall between $12,000 and $25,000.
