How do you know if your windows need to be replaced?

For some, it is obvious. Rotted sills, window glass that is discolored, fogged or spotted can all be signs. In 1996 the State of Massachusetts passed in to legislation building codes that require all windows to have Low-E glass. Chances are, if your home was built prior to 1996, your windows most likely do not meet the current Low-E glass ratings – and you may need to replace them.

All of the windows that Bruin offers are Energy Star compliant with "Low-E" glass and argon gas (ATG) – important options for understanding just how energy efficient the windows you select really are.
